Return Policy: Three Sparrows does accept returns on all covers, except those that are a custom size or request. We can offer a full refund if contact is made within 7 days of receiving your product. Please email info@threesparrowshome.com to initiate the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the product was damaged upon delivery.  

Cancellation Policy: For any reason, customers are allowed to cancel an order if it’s within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

Your product should be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary, but we expect your orders to arrive 4-5 days after we ship them. 

We can create custom pillow covers in any of our fabrics. Contact us for custom sizes or colorways.
